These are delectable cupcakes I made for his birthday at school. He is in the Ocean room so I figured the sharks would be perfect! Ms. Toni said they were the BEST- and so did Shawn!!!! This was my first time making the powdered sugar, butter recipe found on the back of the powdered sugar bag- YUMMO!
